Restaurant Supervisor Job at MKR Restaurant Group LLC
Interacts with crew members and customers. Delivers ‘Unparalleled Hospitality’ to each customer. Quick leaner to become knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe to perform efficiently as a Shift Leader. Ensures each station is operating to the company's standards. Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to uphold the Health Department and brand standards. Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe, such as cashier, closing & opening procedures, and more.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in leadership role inn food service environment or Tropical Smoothie Cafe experience where leadership was demonstrated.
Legally able to work within the State and Federal
guidelines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
Bending, lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out
trash.
Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
