Schedule: Full Time/Part Time
Job Details:
Servers are responsible for: extending timely and friendly greetings to customers in one’s section and answering their questions; taking food and drink orders; delivering drink orders; delivering food (when no runner on shift); bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables (when no busser on shift).
The Server is responsible for a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly. They will be passionate about food, wine, and service. They don’t have to know everything, but they have to be willing to graciously say, “Let me find that out for you!” They will be the main personal contact and ambassador to guide guests through their meal.
Serious consideration will be given only to those who can show:
A minimum of one year’s experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Working beer and wine knowledge
Basic liquor and cocktail experience
Interest in farm-to-table cuisine
Working knowledge of POS systems a plus
A friendly, outgoing demeanor with customers
