We are looking for Restaurant Operators to run the day to day operations of our Automated Mobile Pizza Truck. As a member of the restaurant operations team, this person will play a critical role in our ability to serve our customers in a fast, fresh, and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will be somebody who is capable of working in a fast paced restaurant environment while also providing a Stellar customer service experience. They must be a champion of operations and customer service - constantly seeking new ways to increase efficiency and provide better service. They are eager to get in early at a fast-growing start-up and make an impact. This person is passionate about providing fast, fresh, and affordable food to the community in which we serve.

What You’ll Do

Restaurant Operators play a key role in our overall operations. The restaurant operator is responsible carrying out all front of house, back of house, and commissary operations, including, but not limited to:

• Traveling to and from food truck locations

• Customer service

• Loading equipment into the food trucks

• Basic food preparation

• Completion of daily checklists

• Basic janitorial duties

What You’ll Need (Qualifications)

• You must be available work most Saturdays

• California Food Handlers Card

• Ability to travel within the Los Angeles metropolitan area

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm

• Responsible, accountable, polite, and organized

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Shift Supervisor, Managers, Directors, and Operators to fulfill business needs

• Willing and eager to learn new skills

• Must be a strong team player who works well with others

Physical Job Requirements

• Long periods standing, walking, bending and kneeling.
• Ability to carry large heavy items up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to navigate all areas of the facilities.
• Must be able to navigate all parts of the company equipment.
