Dunkin' | Quinn Management is looking for an EXPERIENCED Restaurant Manager to add to our family!


We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager, to work in the Hillboro area.

YOU MUST HAVE RESTAURANT MANAGER EXPERIENCE TO APPLY!


A Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading the store operation of Dunkin’® including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, management development, managing budgets and ensuring Managers and Crew are delivering great guest service and executing applicable Brand standards and procedures in the restaurants.


Proven success in QSR management experience is required. Drive-thru experience/service experience is essential. We offer a competitive base salary and attractive bonus plan.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Successful previous experience in QSR Management
  • Previous Drive-thru/customer service experience
  • Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
  • Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
  • Meet safety and sanitation standards
  • Anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Strong leadership and organization skills
  • Fluent in English
