Talented Restaurant Manager-Black Bear Diner (Newberg)

In 1995 the first Black Bear Diner opened in Mt. Shasta, with a simple idea: Create a comfortable environment where friends and family could enjoy huge portions of good old-fashioned food. Twenty years later, were still true to these founding principles where menu, service and décor are designed to remind guests of a time when life was a little more simple, and service and quality were the cornerstones of the business.

We are looking for an individual to help us grow and bring our unique brand of guest service and guest experience, to an additional location in the heart of the Chehalem Valley. We are currently seeking a Management candidate that share a passion of great food, and genuine service, while being in an environment to advance.

Experience and Traits were looking for:

• Two year's restaurant management experience
• Food Handlers Card/Serve Safe certification recommended
• Must be upbeat, outgoing, positive, honest, coachable
• Strong talent scout and team builder
• Ability to multi-task, in a fast pace environment
• Must be able to work all shifts as needed

Black Bear Managers work alongside their teams. Were looking for people that genuinely enjoy being a "working manager" and will oversee all operations of the business.
