Respite Staff & Skill Builders Job at AspireHopeNY
AspireHope NY, Inc. is searching for individuals in and around the Hornell, NY area to add to our team! We want individuals that can provide one-on-one or group respite and skill building services to children (up to 21) in their home and their community. Applicants do not need to have previous experience, but need to be able to represent our agency brand within the services they provide to children with various abilities. As an employee, you are required to work with integrity, provide strength-based services, instill hope, respect various cultures and values, and support the family where they are at in their own journey.
Due to the nature of the work, you do need to have some afternoon, evening, and weekend availability; typical shifts range from 2-6 hours. We offer flexible schedules, paid required training, mileage stipend, supportive and positive work environment, and paid sick time. Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
Per Diem: $15.49 per hour; Mileage reimbursement
