ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult with physician teams regarding patient treatment, medical condition, and home environment
• Coach Patient/Family on chronic disease conditions, lifestyle changes and care options to achieve improved outcomes and greater quality of life
• Provide comprehensive patient education, clinical assessments, and ongoing monitoring
• Focus on making our patients appreciate and trust us and everything else will follow

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of an accredited program for respiratory therapy Registration or certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) or Registered Nurse (RN), or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Hold a current CPR Certification.
• Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for the state of practice.
• Must possess a valid and current driver’s license and auto insurance.
