RESIDENTIAL MANAGER
Are you ready to make a positive impact on the lives of adolescents in RI, while further developing your management skills? NAFI RI is seeking an enthusiastic, team player to fill the role of Residential Manager at our Oakland Beach Residential Program. Located in Warwick RI, Oakland Beach works with adolescents ages 13-18 in a therapeutic treatment setting. As part of the Administrative Team the duties of Residential Manager include but are not limited to:
- Developing and coordinating monthly staff schedule and work assignments for youth counselors
- Staff trainings
- Oversight of daily programming
- On-call responsibilities as designated by Program Manager
- Upkeep of overall physical plant
- Provide an environment and culture while taking the lead in strengthening or revising program norms
- Guidance and role modeling for youth and staff
- Crisis intervention and mediation
- Ensure effective implementation of milieu expectations
- Provide bi-monthly supervision to Program Supervisors
- Monthly group supervision/training to youth counselors.
Full-time salaried position, with varying hours to accommodate the residential milieu. Post-secondary education preferred and/or any combination of; some supervisory and residential experience required. Excellent benefits package to include medical, dental, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, and sick time, plus additional supplement pay through June of 2023 and $1500 SIGN-ON BONUS for eligible employees.
