Magnolia Springs Lexington is seeking an experienced & hospitality focused Resident Assistant. This role is responsible for assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and maintaining a safe, engaging, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.

Magnolia Springs Lexington is an upscale senior living community and offers 72 assisted living & 25 memory care residences on site & is located in beautiful Lexington, KY.

The Role:

  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while providing assistance with activities of daily living
  • Ensure resident safety by performing wellness checks
  • Provide light housekeeping services
  • Maintain a calm and professional approach while interacting with residents
  • Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, team members, and supervisor
  • CNA experience is not required but is welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 to $15.00 per hour


Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three months related experience and/or training
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
