We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being.

- Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
This caregiver schedule includes;
- 72 hours every 2 weeks
- Day shift

The Pillars of Mankato, Minnesota provide independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments for seniors in a specially crafted community. We incorporate the seven components of wellness (emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual, social, environmental and occupational) into our 118 units that make up The Pillars. Located near the crossroads of US 14 and 169, our community has their own bus that residents can ride for our outings.

- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff
- Assists with onboarding of new staff
- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
