We are seeking a RESIDENT ASSISTANT or CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT in Portage, Wisconsin at Aspirus Tivoli Assisted Living. This position will provide personal care and companionship to our residents to maintain a level of independence consistent with their abilities.

• Providing high quality, compassionate care to our residents will include:
• Creating and maintaining a safe, home-like clean and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Assistance with daily living activities and personal tasks such as bathing, toileting and dressing.
• Maintaining and documenting accurate care records.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of patient care and general office practices in a health care environment normally acquired through completion of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited CBRF training program or pass facility-provided CBRF training program within 90 days of hire date OR
• Current Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant
• Current American Red Cross BLS for Health Care Providers Certification Required or obtained within 90 days of hire date.

Hours: Full time, 1.0 FTE working 2:00pm to 10:30pm, every other weekend & holiday. 80 hours per pay period. Benefits package available.
