Prairie Home Hospice & Community Care is hoping to grow our team of Resident Aides at our Fieldcrest location in Cottonwood MN!
This includes Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s), Trained Medication Aides (TMA’s), and Home Health Aides (HHA’s).

We have various part-time shifts available, and a full-time overnight shfit available. Please contact us directly to learn more.

The Resident Aide’s primary role is to deliver quality care and compassionate service to each patient we serve by providing personal cares established through a personalized plan of care.
