White Elephant Resorts, a collection of award-winning boutique hotels and luxury resorts located on Nantucket, Massachusetts and Palm Beach, Florida, is looking to expand their team to include a seasonal Reservations Agent. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, sales-minded, customer-focused and detail and goal oriented with the willingness to learn new processes, and the ability to merge into a dynamic work environment.
Other responsibilities include:
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Maintain complete knowledge of: All hotel facilities/services & hours of operation; All guest room layouts, bed types, décor, locations and amenities; Room availability for any given day, restricted dates, rates and room types; All room rates, packages and promotions; Entertainment/special events scheduled in the hotels & on the island; Travel to the island (boat and Plane)
- Accommodate special requests and designate such in system
- Verify all reservation information with caller to ensure accuracy
