We are looking for a Reservation Specialist to join our team and assist guests with their Studio experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring accuracy of all bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide customer service support to guests and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and cancellations.
- Provide information about services offered .
- Process payments for reservations.
- Assist with scheduling of events and activities.
- Ensure that all reservations and guests are properly documented and updated in the system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
