Position Summary
This is a position for a research assistant for a clinical trial of a behavioral intervention for young adults with early psychosis in the division of Law, Ethics and Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry. The research assistant will work closely with a junior member of faculty in order to coordinate a pilot clinical trial within the OnTrackNY network. The research assistant will assist with participant recruitment, database management, data entry, and administration of clinical trials assessments. They will also assist with the IRB process and communicating with the study team.
Responsibilities
Data entry and clerical work
Participant recruitment and scheduling
Assist in the administration of clinical trials assessments
Attending seminars and educational opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or at least one and one-half years of related experience or equivalent in education, training and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with statistical software preferred, but not required.
Other Requirements
Must successfully complete all online systems training requirements.
