About Westgate Vacation Villas & Town Center Resort:

Duties:

• Demolishes walls using appropriate equipment and tools.
• Cuts and installs deadwood bracing for drywall.
• Dismantles forms and removes projections from concrete walls.
• Mounts pipe hangers and cuts and attaches insulating materials.
• Smooth and finishes freshly poured popcorn.
• Applies joint compound over surfaces for protection.
• Applies mildewcide where necessary.
• Sprays material such as water, vinyl and paint through hose to clean coat or seal surfaces such as walls, concrete, roof, marble, terrazzo or wood flooring.
• Signals operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement to conform to specifications.
• Correct water leak problems, repair damage.
• Receive work orders from other departments.
• Communicate with managers and team members, contractors and manufacturers.
• Leaves work area in clean, neat and safe condition.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise HVAC Technician, HVAC Helpers and HVAC Filter Technicians.
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner

Education and/or Experience:
Three to five years experience in the above duties preferred.
