Job Duties

The Renovation/ Maintenance Technician is a part of a team who is responsible for renovating apartments for our new residents, keeping the community in good repair, safe, and operational through utilization of a preventative maintenance and repair program.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to perform routine carpentry, painting, drywall and mechanical tasks under the supervision of the Director of Facilities.

Qualifications

He/she must possess a high school diploma with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Prior work experience in the maintenance field and/or long-term care is preferred, but not required.
