Relief Cooks . The responsibility and purpose of the
Relief Cook position is to complete duties assigned to provide accurate, timely food service to meet residents' needs in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and to maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner . Hawthorne Sarasota is a 119-bed facility located on 53+ acres in beautiful Sarasota, Florida. Here we have our award-winning functional therapy garden, an elegant dining area, beautiful views, and European style spas. At Hawthorne Sarasota we train our staff to all have the shared goal of making our residents feel right at home. The rehabilitation department consists of physical, occupational, and speech therapists, with the common goal of excellent patient care and healing in the fastest, yet safest manner.
