Registered Psychiatric Nurse Job at Relig Staffing
Valley Hospital is a private psychiatric hospital located in Arizona specializing in mental health and chemical dependency care. Centrally located just five miles from downtown Phoenix, Valley Hospital’s welcoming atmosphere and scenic landscape promote healing. Only facility in the state with a dedicated military program and a 37-bed women’s unit, addressing the unique needs of these populations.
Registered professional nurse who provides, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. Use principles of therapeutic communication, problem solving and crisis intervention when performing psychotherapeutic interventions. Intervention is based on knowledge of psychiatric and medical nursing procedures, as well as the individual’s Treatment Plan.
Location: Phoenix AZ 85018
Shift: 2 night shifts - 7p-7a - Block schedule: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. - 13 weeks
Requirements:
BSN
AZ RN license
CPR
COVID vaccination
Psych Experience - 3 years
