REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - HOSPICE CASE MANAGER

Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 + Great Benefits
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed to practice as an RN in the state of Virginia (License is active and in good standing)
- At least one year of current experience in the field.
- At least one year of recent hospice or home health experience.
- Ability to travel locally from patient to patient.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
