Home Health Registered Nurse/Case Manager

ACE Home Health & Hospice is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for field-based positions: (multiple Santa Clara County opportunities available).

Qualifications Needed:
- RN unrestricted license in California, CPR Certification, California Driver’s License, with valid auto insurance.
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of home health skilled nursing experience.
- Able to work weekends a plus!

Est. Annual Income Range: $125K to $156K (This position is paid on a per-visit basis)
