RN Admissions Nurse – Full Time Shift: 11:00am to 7:30 pm / 11:30am to 8:00pm / 12:00pm to 8:30pm.

Cortland Park is under new Nursing Leadership and is looking for an RN Admissions Nurse!

Main Duties: As an important member of the Nursing Department, you will oversee the admission process of new residents.

Requirements:

• Must have a current New York State RN License and be in good standing on the Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Communicate orally in writing with residents, families, co-workers and the public.
• Must be approved to work through the Criminal Background Check Program.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to walk around the unit. Must be able to stoop; kneel; crouch; reach; push; pull; climb; lift and carry heavy objects and be able to turn, handle and manipulate minor medical equipment.

Interview Expectations: Arrive 15 minutes early and complete a paper application at the front desk. Please bring valid Picture ID, Social Security Card, CPR Certification, and Medical License.
