Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse OR Circulate Job in Marion, VA
Join our team as an Operating Room (OR) Circulation & Scrub RN on a day shift in Marion, VA. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent communication and critical thinking skills to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced OR setting.
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of Virginia
Minimum of 2 years of OR circulate and scrub experience
BLS and ACLS certifications
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
Circulate and scrub in the OR to provide direct patient care
Maintain a sterile environment in the OR
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
This is a contract position, and travelers and those living more than 100 miles from the hospital's service area are welcome to apply. General orientation will begin on Sundays, with Sunday online CBLs. Please confirm 16 hours of nonbillable orientation in advance.
As an RN/LPN team member, you will also have the opportunity to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education to help prepare future nurses for the profession.
