The Job
Arrowhead Regional Center is hiring for Registered Nurses II in the
Mother-Baby and
Pediatrics Departments.
Registered Nurses
II at ARMC practice at a high-level of professional autonomy in a fast-paced teaching environment. Typical duties include assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing patient care in accordance with accepted standards of practice and organizational policy, as well as administering medications and treatments, performing documentation, and educating patients and families on their healthcare options.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
2) Requires lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance, and carrying of up to 50 pounds.

License/Certifications: RN license, and Basic Life Support, and depending on the area of assignment, additional certification(s) may be required and must be maintained throughout employment.
Vaccination Requirement: Per the December 24, 2021 updated CA State Public Health Officer Order, all workers who provide services or work in facilities described in subdivision (a) of the order, including clinics and doctor offices, must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19. In addition, CDPH Public Health Officer Orders updated on February 22, 2022 requires all workers in health care settings currently eligible for boosters, who provide services or work in the impacted facilities must be “fully vaccinated and boosted” for COVID-19 by March 1, 2022. Minimum Requirements
Candidates must possess all of the following:
License: Must possess and maintain Registered Nurse licensure with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing.
Experience: One (1) or more years of full-time experience as a licensed registered nurse.
Certification: Must possess and maintain current Healthcare Provider level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and certifications/courses required by specialty assignment.
Desired Qualifications
Candidates possessing a Bachelor's degree in Nursing are desired.
