Virginia HealthCare Services of the Valley Winchester, VA
Virginia Healthcare Services of the Valley, a skilled home health agency, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide visits to patients in their homes in the Winchester service which consists of the City of Winchester and the following Virginia Counties: Clarke, Frederick, Shenandoah and Warren. Examples of services to be provided include wound care, lab draws, patient/caregiver education related to chronic disease processes, assessment, care plan management, urinary catheter changes, etc. The position requires 25 home visits per week. Annual salary of 100,000 per year plus additional compensation for visits over 25 per week. Majority of visits are provided in assisted living facilities with some visits to patients in private homes. Must have active RN license. Prior home health experience preferred. Must be able to pass criminal background check through the Virginia State Police Registry. Qualified candidates only please submit resume
