If you are someone who loves patient-centered health care with real relationships inside a company that encourages fun on and off the clock, then DaVita is a place for you! Our local team is seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center.
What does the RN role entail?
- Clinic located in Dayton
- Rotating Schedule of 3 day work weeks, including rotating Saturday’s with Sunday off
- Starting and ending times can range from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Average hours range from 12 hours a day
- Oversee a group of dialysis patients with the partnership of up to 4 fully trained PCTs
- Paid Dialysis Training provided
What does a successful RN look like?
- Experience within fast paced settings such as ER, CCU, ICU, MedSurg and Dialysis (Hemo, PD, HHD, CRRT) ideal
- ADN / BSN / Diploma in Nursing with an active current RN license in Ohio
- Confident in working independently as floor lead for patients and team of PCTs
- Flexibility and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Someone who is eager to learn and expand their nursing experience
