We at Gateway Home Health & Hospice are looking for a fun, loving, and compassionate, Registered Nurse to join our team. This person would plan, organize, and direct hospice and home health care services for our patients. The selected candidate will be cross trained for both home health & Hospice services. This individual will have the ability to build service plans that meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities. We offer an hourly wage from $32-$40 an hour depending on experience and knowledge. We are a growing agency and looking to add to our team to meet the current needs of the community. This position is primarily Monday- Friday, with some weekend on-call and holiday rotation. We look forward to meeting with you and discussing how you can be a part of our great team.
