Intake Registered Nurse:
The Assessment RN is a registered professional nurse who assesses and evaluates patients being admitted to the hospital, takes physician orders and does complete medication reconciliation with the physician in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. Must have good clinical skills and be able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Registered Nurse or Master’s Degree in a human relations or other related field
