The Registered Nurse / RN will work within the the Acute Medical Unit, a 31 bed general medical inpatient unit with 28 telemetry beds. Our patients range in acuities and diagnosis including managing peritoneal dialysis, tracheostomies, patients requiring cardiac monitoring, and other medical conditions.
The RN / Registered Nurse is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.
Hours:
In-house contract, 13wks
Full Time, 36hrs per week
Nights, 7p - 7:30a
Requirements:
Current Maryland RN licensure and CPR certification
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or currently enrolled in BSN program
Minimum of 1yr experience
