JOB PRIMARY PURPOSE:

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing Endura team. A qualified candidate for this position will be able to easily facilitate clear communications between production/manufacturing and our customers, sufficiently maintain a complex knowledge of our products, require little to no direction and maintain a contributing attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from internal team members, customers, and end users of our products in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage internal and external communication to collectively solve customer challenges and provide excellent customer service.
  • Directly responsible for supporting a large territory of customers and outside sales representatives. This will be evident by:
    • Handling technical inquiries regarding our products & systems.
    • Providing status updates to customers on orders, freight tracking, invoices, returns, credits, etc.
    • Investigating and troubleshooting customer challenges, including but not limited to, lost freight, freight damage, credits, incorrect deliveries, etc.
    • Collaborating with customers and outside sales representatives to set up new items within internal databases.
    • Accurately creating product specifications for each customer’s items, driving the production of the final product.
    • Monitoring sample order process to support the onboarding of new products with customers.
    • Establishing close working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers, understanding their business and how we can add value.
    • Supporting customers and sales team requests for product quotes and specification questions
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
  • Maintain a working environment that encourages and supports collaboration and teamwork.
  • Follow all Company related safety/environmental rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 Years of previous experience in customer service including order entry required. Relevant experience in manufacturing or building supplies industry preferred.
  • Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong decision making and analytical skills.
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Excellent PC skills in Microsoft applications
  • Organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records.
  • Ability to establish and continually develop professional relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
