CCS is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who will be responsible for driving revenue, results and customer experience across their designated region. The RSM will hire, train, and develop effective teams, shape and execute to sales operational standards, and work with cross-functional partners to develop business planning and regional strategy.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive adoption of formal consultative selling system (Miller Heiman) across the region to ensure Business Development Managers (BDMs) are achieving their Sales and EBITDA goals
  • Provide coaching on Strategic and Conceptual Selling processes to develop BDMs fluency with sales system
  • Set clear sales activity, revenue and EBITDA goals and expectations for the BDM
  • Hold BDMs accountable to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual Sales and EBIDTA goals
  • Develop regional Sales strategy(ies) to assist BDMs with attaining their goals
  • Use reports and dashboards to make actionable business recommendations to executive leadership
  • Drive data accuracy in our CRM system; SalesForce
  • Provide proactive mediation and resolution of customer concerns or escalations that require additional leadership support
  • The RSM must be aware of the competitor's activities and possess a sense of urgency in growing CCS revenue and EBITDA within their region
  • Travel 50% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience within the facilities services industry; preferably with GMP cleaning services background
  • Experience managing sales teams and delivering sales results
  • Proven success with implementing and leading a team with a formal sales training methodology, i.e.: Sandler, Carew, Wilson, etc. Prefer experience with Miller Heiman
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, and at least 5 years of experience leading dispersed teams in a high-growth, service-focused industry with multi-state/multi-site experience
  • Travel up to 50%
