Encore Senior Living is looking for a motivated, organized and energetic Regional Director of Wellness- Registered Nurse to oversee the Director of Wellness/Nursing in each of our 5 locations in Minnesota. Our locations are Champlin, Hugo, Mahtomedi, Maplewood and North Branch. Our locations range in size between 24 and 48 apartments. Encore offers competitive salary, flexibility for work life balance and small quaint family like feel with the teams in the communities. Must be open to visiting the communities Monday through Friday, normal business hours. No overnight travel. Looking for someone who is familiar with the Assisted Living Regulations and Statutes! Work Experience Qualifications

• Must 21 years of age or older
• We offer a full training program and are willing to train the right candidate!

Educational Qualifications

• A High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelors degree or Associates Degree
• Licensed Registered Nurse in States of oversight
