What You'll Do:

The Regional Lead, League Sales will forge partnerships between world class brands and Overtime's innovative properties. You will be rewarded for strategic thinking, marketplace relationships and agility. You will report directly to the VP, League Partnerships and be supported by leaders across the company.

Overtime's transformative basketball league Overtime Elite and its recently-launched 7-on-7 football league OT7 are both built to elevate next-generation pros and engage Millennial and Gen Z fan communities. Adding to our incredible portfolio of properties, the just-announced OTX Boxing platform provides yet another incredible sponsorship opportunity for brands to engage with the sports fans of today and tomorrow.

Specific responsibilities of this role will include prospecting, partnership design and sales. You will quarterback the most innovative programs in the sports marketplace, with the ability to leverage unique IP, athlete and influencer talent partnerships, proprietary content formats, and events, including those hosted at Overtime's futuristic arena in Atlanta.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of combined sports marketing, sports media and sports sponsorship experience, with roles at leading leagues, teams, properties, publishers and agencies
  • Current relationships with sponsorship and media partners
  • A strong command of the sales process and a demonstrated ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
  • The ability to thrive in a culture that promotes workplace flexibility and entrepreneurialism
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, think practically and be solutions-oriented
