Overview:
The Employee Services (Human Resources) Coordinator “serves our workforce” internally as customer service serves externally. The coordinator will act as business support to all employee levels with a fierce focus on ensuring Best-in-Class service and support in a rapidly growing region. Reporting to the Regional Director of Employee Services, this role is responsible for assisting HR functions across the employee life cycle, including post-hiring and onboarding, benefits enrollment and service, payroll duties, HRIS, training, employee relations and conflict management, safety and worker’s compensation programs, compliance/employment law, and offboarding/terminations.

The Regional Employee Services Manager/Director will partner with the regional teams in building brand awareness as an “Employer of Choice” in the marketplace.

  • $40,000-70,000 annually, DOE

Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge and experience in Human Resources spanning the employee life cycle, including onboarding, training, conflict management and resolution, compliance/employment law, and terminations.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and capabilities including reporting, data management, and processing.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to pivot as needs shift.
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to flex and adapt to a rapidly growing team
  • Travel may be required
Required:
  • One to two years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role with experience in multiple disciplines across the employee life cycle.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities:
  • Assists location managers to provide Onboarding for new hires and newly acquired employees
  • Helps support employees with benefits, communication, and processing enrollments and life-event changes.
  • Assists with payroll-related tasks and duties. May help process bi-weekly payroll at times.
  • Helps with safety, compliance, and training activities
  • Supports workers' compensation claims
  • Assists with terminations and off-boarding processes and procedures
  • Assists leader with data reporting for annual internal, external, and compliance audits.
  • Supports the Director of Employee Services/HR with the implementation of changes to job structure and pay scales.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned by the leader.
