Trousdale Living Communities is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing to join our family!

This position will require travel to Sebring, Florida and Black Earth, Wisconsin

Your Purpose in the Organization

The Regional Director of Nursing directs the operations, programs and activities of the region to maintain the highest quality of care and service in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

The Elements of the Position:

· Support Nursing Directors within the facilities of the assigned region.

· Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.

· Perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: Patient rights, and safety and sanitation.

· Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.

· Knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in the post acute care facility.

· Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information.

Qualifications:

· Registered Nurse with an active state license

· Knowledge of state and federal guidelines governing post acute and long term care services

· At least three-five years of experience in skilled nursing care or related industry

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
