YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role Regional Business Manager Womens Healthcare (Territory IL, MO, MI and WI)
1. PLANNING CONSIDER SHORT/LONG TERM GOALS AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION UTILIZING ACCOUNT ANALYSIS.
2. DEVELOP DISTRICT GOALS AND IDENTIFY RESOURCES NEEDED.
3. PROVIDE ACCOUNT STRATEGIES AND INTEGRATE INTO DISTRICT PLANS.
4. MAXIMIZE AND MONITOR SALES PERFORMANCE/ACHIEVE FORECAST WITHIN DISTRICT, CHALLENGE AND GUIDE THE IMPROVEMENT OF ACCOUNT STRATEGIES. MODIFY PLANS/TACTICS WHERE NEEDED TO ACHIEVE GOALS.
5. MANAGE NEGOTIATIONS/IMPLEMENTATION OF CONTRACTS AND PULL THROUGH IN THE DISTRICT WORKING WITH NATIONAL HEALTHCARE ALLIANCE TO RESOLVE CONFLICTS BETWEEN ACCOUNTS AND NATIONAL AGREEMENTS.
6. FOSTER LONG TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH SALES CONSULTANTS AND THE CUSTOMER, ENSURE COMPLIANCE
7. MANAGE THE BUDGET, EXPENSES AND OTHER DISTRICT PLANS.
8. RECRUIT, HIRE AND RETAIN HIGHLY COMPETENT SALES CONSULTANTS. Key Tasks:
9. PERFORM EPD, COACH AND DEVELOP CONSULTANTS. DEVELOP AND STRATEGICALLY UTILIZE, EXECUTIVE CONSULTANT, KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST, DISTRICT TRAINER AND ISS (INFORMATION SERVICE SPECIALIST) IN THE DISTRICT.
10. PARTNER WITH THE FIELD DEVELOPMENT MANAGER THROUGH ASSESSMENT OF CONSULTANTS TOWARD FUTURE LEADERS AND THE SUCCESSION PLAN PROGRAM.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
A BACHELORS DEGREE (PREFERABLY IN SCIENCE, BUSINESS OR MARKETING) IS REQUIRED.
A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS PHARMACEUTICAL SALES EXPERIENCE.
GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT AND PHARMA COMPLIANCE.
MUST POSSESS GOOD ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATE A COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS, PRODUCT PROMOTION AND ABLE TO INTERPRET COMPLEX INFORMATION.
MUST POSSESS THE MANAGERIAL ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY ORGANIZE, COMMUNICATE AND DIRECT PEOPLE.
ABLE TO TRAVEL (60%).
