The Recruiting Manager is responsible for autonomously owning the outcome of market specific recruiting operations. The role responsibly manages Honor’s resources by managing a team of Recruiters who must balance exceptional new Care Pro experience with overall recruiting costs across assigned markets to achieve ambitious monthly hiring targets Responsibilities: Team management Develop, manage and lead a team of Recruiters Provide clarity and direction to team on targets and goals by market and region Set expectations on individual and team performance and hold team accountable through regular coaching and feedback Manage team resourcing so that team members can be dynamically staffed to support different markets, depending on need Lead team through change and ambiguity as targets and needs evolve with a focus on problem solving and support Cross-functional partnership Work in tight partnership with, and as a thought partner to, Onboarding Management to ensure optimization of end-to-end funnel management Support Regional General Managers with weekly deliverables through regular communication and partnership to reach goals (hires, funnel management, community events, outreach, etc) Facilitate tight team alignment with Client Managers to understand market needs, and quickly reprioritize your team to address those needs Work cross-functionally with other departments (Product, Central Ops, Marketing, etc) to optimize systems and processes Funnel management Drive team toward achievement of phone output metrics and quality of interviews Focus on both tactical outcomes (phone screens, funnel touchpoints, on hold follow through) and strategic direction (phone screen optimization, ATS product initiatives) to drive recruiting performance Optimize existing funnel management approaches and innovate new strategies to enable team to achieve goals About you: To succeed in the role, you’ll need: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's Degree Preferred 2+ years experience in people management and team building preferred 4+ years experience in operations (preferably recruiting, customer success, sales and/or equivalent experience) Experience working at a start-up a plus Excellent communication skills Ability to train and develop employees Ability to strategically plan, execute and pivot quickly as needed Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, with the ability to influence and adapt to different stakeholders

About the Work:

Responsibilities:

  • Team management
    • Develop, manage and lead a team of Recruiters
    • Provide clarity and direction to team on targets and goals by market and region
    • Set expectations on individual and team performance and hold team accountable through regular coaching and feedback
    • Manage team resourcing so that team members can be dynamically staffed to support different markets, depending on need
    • Lead team through change and ambiguity as targets and needs evolve with a focus on problem solving and support

About you:

Honor is remote friendly! We're hiring across the U.S., with an entirely virtual interview and onboarding process. Most of our positions are remote/work from home and do not require permanent relocation. As conditions allow, we have office space for in-person collaboration in our San Francisco Bay Area, CA and Austin, TX hubs.
