The Recruiting Intake Specialist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization. This position will require answering and re-directing a high volume of phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a fast-paced environment. This position will heavily support the recruiting team. Successful candidates will be organized and can multitask multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls/emails to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Supports recruiting process by contacting candidates, updating profiles, pre-screening candidates, onboarding, and supporting in-house drug testing.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
• Support the CEO, HR, Sales, Recruiting, Finance, and Marketing teams as needed.
• Performs other duties.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Bi-lingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
