Coordinate recruiting efforts for Zynex corporate. Provide high level of support with little supervision while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruiting

· Post all open positions within 24 hours of request from CEO or Manager/Supervisor. Access in the Payroll System (Paycom) will be limited to Applicant Tracking.

· Refresh all open positions weekly and boost posts with high priority with CEO approval or as directed by the Director of Human Resources.

· Contact all applicants within 24 hours of application and provide a high quality of ‘applicant’ service (e.g., customer service). Send welcome emails, and rejection emails/letters to applicants as needed.

· Respond timely to all applicants by phone or email.

· Schedule and notify parties of pre-interview and competency questions, 1st and 2nd interviews (with CEO, Managers, Supervisors).

· Edit/Respond to Glassdoor and Indeed Reviews within 24 hours.

· Maintain/Update Recruiting sites and review sites (i.e., Glassdoor, Indeed, Career Builder, Etc).

· Work with outside vendors and research various methods to increase number of qualified applicants.

· Work with posting sites to ensure Zynex is receiving quality coverage for the cost.

· Update/using recruiting templates for all correspondence with prospective new hires.

· Update recruiting stats for Executive Management weekly meetings and to track progress toward recruiting goals.

· Schedule interviews for CEO or ZELT with all applicants that pass Round 1 of the recruiting process.

· Ensure the Application process is efficient, positive, and smooth for all prospective new hires.

· Be present/visible in the home office 5 days/week (M-F), 8 hours/day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Supervisor.

· Other Duties as assigned by Management (i.e., filing, assist with HR administrative tasks as needed, set up/clean-up for Employee Appreciation events, Reception coverage, etc.).

Education Requirements:

· Minimum of an Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

· Fast-paced, high-volume professional environment with frequent interruptions.

· Proficient use of office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and multi-line telephones.

· Ability to communicate effectively via spoken, written and electronic means.

· Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
