POSITION MISSION
The Recruitment Coordinator is accountable for filling the application funnel for hourly positions at retail operations in assigned territory. Duties include sourcing quality candidates through advertising, providing support with bakery grassroots recruiting efforts, ensuring proper ATS utilization, training field hiring managers in recruiting best practices, and continually assessing tactic effectiveness through analytics and follow-up. This position partners directly with General Managers, District Managers, Directors of Operations, and the Regional Recruiter to achieve business goals for staffing at all bakeries in the region.
Responsibilities Include:
  • Provides recruiting support and guidance to Directors of Operations, District Managers, and General Managers in assigned region.
  • Partners closely with Regional Recruiter to develop recruitment strategy for hourly positions at the bakeries in assigned territory and ensures hiring is consistent with the business goals.
  • Supports Regional Recruiter with sourcing General Manager and District Manager candidates as requested.
  • Attracts qualified applicants by placing job advertisements using online job boards, social networking sites, applicant tracking system (ATS), and placement agencies to build applicant pool for specific bakeries as requested.
  • Uses company systems such as Power BI and ATS to identify bakeries with critical staffing needs and provide proactive recruitment support.
  • Conducts phone screens and initial interviews when needed.
  • Maintains knowledge of, and complies with, all relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Provides ATS usage analysis and troubleshooting for bakeries struggling with staffing or as requested. Create, edit, and post requisitions in ATS as needed.
  • Adheres to the service level agreement for all recruitment processes.
  • Maintains data integrity in applicant tracking system including updating requisitions with accurate information, moving applicants through workflow, and posting requisitions.
  • Attend appropriate job fairs to ensure organization has a presence and to recruit candidates.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador for colleagues and candidates.
  • Builds strong relationships with colleagues and field partners to help influence, guide and drive the recruiting process.
  • Partners with Recruiting Manager, HR team, and recruiting team to continuously improve the recruiting process.
  • Attends and actively participates in regular meetings with field partners, HR team, and recruitment team. Presents updates, rollouts, and results as requested.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Education/Training/Experience:
REQUIRED
  • High School diploma.
  • Must be internet savvy.
  • Experience with social media and on-line networking.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED
  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in full cycle recruiting and/or sourcing.
  • Experience recruiting within an Affirmative Action environment.
  • Experience with an ATS preferred. Workday experience a plus!
  • Customer service experience in retail or restaurants.
  • Strong public speaking skills helpful.

Compensation Range:
Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 (depending on experience and location)
