The salary for this role is $55,341.00 gross annually.

About the Role:

Serves as member of Human Resources team to contribute to overall effectiveness of the recruiting function. This role is an active and participatory member of the HR team, promoting and demonstrating LEGOLAND’s culture and core values through corresponding behavior and actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners and Key Leadership to devise and implement a tailored recruiting strategy based on business needs and industry norms
  • Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including LinkedIn, search engines, niche job boards, social media, user groups, and blogs
  • Organize and facilitate on-site and off-site large scale hiring events from marketing the event to managing flow of the day
  • Conduct a thorough prescreen of all prospects prior to presenting to hiring manager for consideration
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipelines for core roles across multiple strategic business units
  • Create a process for recruiting data collection and present findings on a quarterly basis; while working with the HR Director to gather insights and inform and adjust strategy as needed
  • Foster and cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork across all relevant internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, either in house at an agency or at a staffing firm
  • 2+ years of experience managing an applicant tracking system or equivalent software
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Solutions oriented mindset
  • Strong planning & organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite such as Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
