Recruiter - Remote Job at Quiktrak
As a recruiting coordinator, you'll work closely with job candidates, internal/external recruiters, and other human resources professionals in support of Quiktrak's hiring needs. The recruiting coordinator is a pivotal member of the recruiting team and helps manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process.
This is a full-time position and can be performed remotely. US applicants only.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
- Placing ads using Quiktrak's applicant tracking system.
- Generating reports on recruiting activities.
- Entering and purging data in HR systems.
- Confirming and communicating start dates with managers and candidates.
- Conducting reference and background checks for candidates who have accepted an offer.
- Scheduling interviews.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Associate's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in recruiting or a related position.
- Comfortable talking to applicants during the interview process.
- Comfortable using modern software and communication tools (Zoom or MS Teams).
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency using Windows computers, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Teams communication platform.
- Solution-oriented communication and customer-driven.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in a team environment with close attention to detail; work independently with only general direction; handle and meet multiple deadlines.
