Description:

Perform functions associated with Recruiting and Human Resources in accordance with all applicable operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data and reports.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Place advertisements for open positions as directed (newspaper, web sites, etc.)
  • Post open positions weekly (internal and external)
  • Update Applicant Database throughout hiring process as necessary
  • Prepare all form letters, as coded, pertaining to the interviewing/hiring process for external/internal applicants (rejection letters, letters of offer, etc.)
  • Greet all applicants and review applications upon completion
  • Maintain and monitor Recruiter box on a daily basis
  • Screen candidates via phone interview
  • Schedule interviews when necessary for Hiring Managers
  • Process paperwork for exit interviews
  • Track and prepare measurements pertaining to recruitment and post all measurements for the department.
  • Initiate new hire paperwork
  • Prepare binders/room for Onboarding
  • Coordinate appropriate paperwork for post-offer drug testing and update testing log with results
  • Monitor supply of “Chain of Custody” forms at all locations
  • Enter and monitor all post-offer background information and disseminate in a timely manner
  • Assist with preparation of all internal and external communications regarding Human Resources including e-mails, HR Bulletins and updating intranet sites
  • Send Meeting Reminders for 90-Day Reviews for New Hires and Transfers
  • Monitor/Send reminders for required employee trainings
  • Open, print, record and prepare files for all new job descriptions
  • Maintenance of personnel files, including filing
  • Record Retention
  • Update HR Policies and procedures as needed
  • Measure results of HR efforts
  • Support the strategic goals and objectives of the HR department
  • Collaboratively shares responsibility for designing, developing and implementing HR best practices
  • Build strong relationships with and demonstrate a solid knowledge of the organization’s and individual business units’ business process
  • Actively participate with the HR Strategic Plan
  • Gather and prepare agenda topics for monthly HR staff meetings
  • Shared responsibility for taking and distributing minutes for monthly HR Staff meeting
  • Administer legal postings throughout the company
  • Maintain Job/Position Descriptions, Dimension and Rating Sheet databases
  • Update Web site job postings
  • Send announcements, such as new hire memos
  • Generate new hire and labor statistics reports pertaining to recruitment
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
