Job Description

YRCI does not enforce a vaccination requirement for our employees. For client-site positions, Federal agencies may request information regarding the vaccination status of selected applicants for the purposes of implementing other workplace safety protocols, such as protocols related to masking, physical distancing, testing, travel, and quarantine.

  • Responsible for all steps associated with the identification and placement of professional level employees.
  • Successfully source and identify candidates from traditional sources, various online networks and social media outlets.
  • Effectively screen, qualify, negotiate pay and interview candidates. Provide solid recommendations to hiring/program managers.
  • Coordinate all in-person and phone interviews with hiring/program managers and conduct reference checks.
  • Maintain active communication and follow up with candidates throughout the interview and hire process.
  • Prepare resume portfolios for presentation to clients.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.
  • Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity and skilled communications with managers, peers and candidates.
  • Maintain individual production and candidate pipeline spreadsheets.
Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working in a high volume and fast paced recruiting environment recruiting for government contract positions preferred.
  • Must have at least one year of sales experience selling professional goods or services.
  • Self-starter with a track record of producing results that meet or exceed business goals and objectives.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities as needed to support high priority tasks or initiatives.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships with candidates, internal customers, and business partners.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills in order to prioritize a large number of open requisitions, juggle many responsibilities, and manage a variety of candidates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently, both independently and with collaborative teams.
  • Ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, the internet and other IT equipment and databases to complete routine and moderately complex tasks.
