Role Description:

As a full life cycle recruiter at GFiber, you'll be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and making offers. You'll also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of talented individuals and help them find their dream jobs. You'll also be able to use your creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative recruiting solutions.

Your primary client will be with our Technical Operations team. This team is the heartbeat for our organization. Leading, managing and ensuring the execution of multi-disciplinary projects through effective communication, effective project plans and extensive cross functional partners.

In this role, you'll:

  • Deliver and facilitate an exceptional experience end-to-end by evaluating candidate's skills, facilitating interviews and a comprehensive offer process.
  • Nurture, engage and hire talented active and passive candidates to achieve annual hiring goals.
  • Build a talent pipeline by sourcing employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and talent intelligence.
  • Initiate offers by leveraging and partnering with executive leadership and other partners as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers and their interview team to ensure preparedness during the hiring and interview process.
  • Share and exchange information with all levels of leadership.

At a minimum we'd like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 2 years of work experience in staffing role or related work experience.

It's preferred if you have:

  • 1 year of work experience in a full cycle recruiting role .
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $79,000-$116,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
