Recovery Agent (Contract to Hire) Job at Greene Resources
Job Description:
With the general direction of the Recovery Operations Manager, this position is responsible for negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors. Fully in office role, Raleigh, 27609, Monday - Fridays, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and process inbound calls, place outbound calls
- Process payments.
- Update electronic case files.
- Manage a personal collections portfolio.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma / GED required.
Desired Background/Skills:
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
