In this newly created position, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, family friendly environment while having a chance to think creatively and strategically to find solutions. You would join the foundation at an exciting time, with the opportunity to make a transformational impact. The foundation recently publicly announced a historic campaign to raise $3 billion from 150,000 donors to build a better future for Nebraska. The campaign is being led by more than 300 enthusiastic volunteers representing all areas of the University of Nebraska System.

Ways you’ll make an impact:

  • Perform proactive analysis to improve and maintain the health and quality of data.
  • Conduct mass input of data into our CRM with precision.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to strategize improvements to data entry, maintenance, and storage.
  • Assist the team with data-related projects, serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Serve as backup in performing data entry functions when needed.

What you need:

  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience working with relational databases/software or equivalent coursework. Strong knowledge of report writing and analysis
  • Attention to detail, effectively manage multiple tasks, accurate sorting, and data entry.
  • Aptitude and interest in working with detailed information.
  • Ability to learn new software applications, maintain orderly records, communicate effectively within colleagues and the public.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure the protection and integrity of private data.
  • Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
