Receptionist - Pediatrics Office Job at Golden Gate Pediatrics
We are a busy Pediatric Practice looking for a Receptionist for a Mon - Fri. position.
The position is a full time 5 day a week (Mon - Fri.) position with 4 days a week in our San Francisco office and 1 day a week in our Mill Valley office.
We are searching for someone who can excel in a fast-paced environment.
Someone who is dependable and can work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
We have an excellent team with great Physicians and an outstanding supporting cast.
The right applicant will bring a "can-do" attitude to our team. Someone who is friendly and enjoys working with children. Someone who will make our patients and their families feel comfortable in our office.
Previous Pediatric experience is a huge plus!!!
Job Duties consist of:
- scheduling appointments
- processing referrals and authorizations
- answering phones
- checking patients in
