Position Summary: This is a great opportunity to work in a very respected, busy family medicine clinic as a receptionist. Successful candidate must maintain a friendly, professional image at all times in the office and in all communications. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining good patient and staff relations along with providing outstanding customer service

Essential Job Functions:

• Answering phones • Greeting patients
• Verifying and updating insurance and demographic information
• Scheduling appointments for patients
• Prior authorizations from insurance companies
• Must be able to work as a team and work on your own as well.
• Must provide courteous and friendly customer service.

Hours: varies - 4 days/week - Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m.
