It is expected that a Concierge will represent the bank image in a professional and courteous manner. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answer the switchboard, route incoming calls in an efficient and timely manner and greet everyone who enters the lobby with a positive attitude
  • Inform appropriate employees of a client arrival, coordinate people who appear without an appointment, and accept messenger deliveries
  • Manage all mail delivery processes and support all internal colleagues with marketing, clerical callback and database projects
  • Provide clerical and computer support as assigned from time to time
  • Maintain a professional appearance in the reception area, kitchen and conference rooms
  • Maintain clean, organized supply rooms and kitchen
  • Assist with meeting schedules
  • Answer clients' questions regarding banking products and services
  • Assist with invoices and expense reports
  • Additional projects as needed

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ year of experience in an administrative role
  • Sense of urgency
  • Excellent computer knowledge (including a good understanding of excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

Salary Range: $18.00 - 22.00 per hour
